One of kinds of political process is democratisation which involves the increasing attention from outside both western, and the Russian researchers. It is connected by that last decades are characterised by falling of authoritative modes and attempt of the statement of democratic institutes in many states of the world.
Well known researcher S. Hantington characterises this process as the third wave of the democratisation which has captured the big group of the countries. Characterising this process as a world democratic revolution, he notices that to the beginning of 90th years democracy is considered as unique legitimate and viable alternative to an authoritative mode of any type.
