To Pereyaslavl-Khmelnitskiy vote under the certificate on death.

According to observers from the international organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO on polling districts some voters have come to Pereyaslavl-Khmelnitskiy (the Kiev region) on polling districts with certificates on death of the for a long time died relatives and have found out them in lists of voters. Some even managed to receive on their surname bulletins for voting. As on 71 (Pereyaslavl-Khmelnitskiy) a site the people who are not appearing in lists, but living in the nearby houses concerning other UIK, have freely received bulletins for the reason that «it here to vote more conveniently.

According to observers from the international organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO Bila Tserkva on a site of №17 persons have been brought in lists of voters without a residence permit and without the passport. The decision on it was accepted by results of voting of members of local election committee.

In Odessa in lists of voters it is a lot of the people who have died for last 3 years. At the same time, the voters who have changed a residence for the same period, in lists are absent. It allows to assume that lists of voters were not updated within three years.
