CIS-EMO: infringement in Lviv

The international organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO the information from Turkovsky area of the Lviv area has arrived.

On 225 site the secretary of the election committee offered on a post of the secretary from the candidate in Presidents of Victor Yanukovych, has been included in lists yesterday, a day before voting. Under this pretext the chairman of the election committee, offered on a post of the secretary from the candidate for Presidents Yulia Timoshenko, has not admitted the secretary to work.

Besides, that at once on several polling districts of 117 and 118 districts there are suspicions on artificial overestimate of an appearance and family voting.

According to the information given by polling districts quantity voted on 10 mornings (that is all for 2 hours of voting early in the morning) has voted already about 20 % while across all Ukraine low level of an appearance is meanwhile marked.
