Observers of the International organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO go round polling districts across all Ukraine for the purpose of counteraction to falsifications and infringements of the selective legislation.

According to observers, on many sites there is no heating, also is noticed that is far not on all sites there were police officers.

On a site №35 in Kiev for the obscure reasons 15 voters have been excluded from the register.

Observers inform that the commission of ³72 214 districts refuses to bring people in additional lists. On many sites of that district by observers it has been noticed that stands with the information on Timoshenko hang in more appreciable and favourable places, than stands with the information on Yanukovych.

On 70th site in the street Bitter the woman who has not appeared in the list has approached to the chairman of the commission. After it was found out that in the list there are no all inhabitants of its house. Committee-men have directed it to court that there have made the decision on its entering into the list.

The commission has refused to understand with a problem, having referred to the big employment and that is them will distract.

On the same site there was a group of people dense комплекции, ostensibly from the press, but they could not answer a question of observers, from which. The same question the chairman has answered that it is representatives of mission of OSCE but when to it it has been told that they from the press, the chairman has changed the opinion and has told that they have simply come to get warm.

In Donetsk on 85 site the chairman of the commission ignored additional lists and tried to send voters in the Majestic Register, but at intermediary of observers the problem has been solved, and people could express the will lawfully.

In the city of Zaporozhye in the street before several polling districts the Fund «Patriot of Zaporozhye» was distributed by steering-wheels and tea in orange glasses.

In Odessa on a site № 23 (district 136) there was no additional list of voters, and members of the local commission did not know, how many additional voters at them on a site have voted or will vote. And on a site №51 refused to include those whom in the first round included.

Nevertheless, in analytical centre CIS-EMO inform that, to a condition at 14:00 infringements it is fixed much less, than in the first round. Also observers mark as a whole a quiet course of voting.
