CIS-EMO: infringement in Odessa

Observers CIS-EMO knew that in Odessa on the eve of elections at once in three houses to the address Princely street, д. 12, 14 and 16 have disconnected an electricity. Without an electricity remains more than 120 persons. The representative of inhabitants of these houses has come on polling district and has declared that they will not vote until in their houses will not return an electricity.

Also from Odessa the information has arrived that on sites 64 and 65 voters come into booths on two, on three while in each booth should there is only one voter, but anybody on a site does not watch it.
