The international observers remained are happy with quality of the spent elections

In uniform day of voting on March, 14th in subjects of the Russian Federation passes more than six thousand elections of different levels, including in regional parliaments of eight subjects of federation - Sverdlovsk, Kurgan, Ryazan, Kaluga and Voronezh areas, and also in Khabarovsk territory, Republic Altai and Yamal-Nenets autonomous region.

Deputies of EuroParliament and the international experts invited by the Center of monitoring of democratic processes "Quorum" observe of elections in the Ryazan and Voronezh regional Dumas.

The president of the European Center of the geopolitical analysis of Mateusz Piskorski, being on a visit in the Ryazan region, remained is happy with level of carrying out and atmosphere of elections.

The mister Piskorski communicated with observers from political parties and from independent candidates. «It is final, they had remarks concerning that voters not always could receive the exhaustive information on the new technology connected with introduction of electronic system of voting, but these are organizational defects which will be easy for correcting in the future, especially in view of plans on universal introduction of electronic systems. Any gross infringements it has not been noticed neither us, nor party observers. I wish to tell that elections have been prepared very professionally and pass under selective laws both regional, and the federal level corresponding to the basic democratic standards», - he has told.

The deputy of EuroParliament Alexander Mirsky also now is in Ryazan as the observer on elections.

The European deputy had a positive impression about elections, despite a place taking at first to be the bias. «When we here went, there were many negative signals including from representatives of the Russian opposition whom met deputies of EuroParliament and told that in Russia democracies are not present basically», - he has told. «Nevertheless, I have seen at all about what to me told. Elections pass at high enough level. Global infringements any are not present. Certainly, is small, but they do not concern organizers of elections». Alexander Mirsky has underlined that observers have arrived behind that everything having the claims concerning election campaign or infringements during elections could express.

The European observers in Voronezh, the deputy of EuroParliament of Johanna Senishin and journalist Rainer Rupp, are unanimous that, as a whole elections pass at high enough level.

«We have visited on four polling districts and are happy with result of the seen. All is prepared professionally, and we do not have serious remarks to the organisation of elections», - madam Senishin has told. «The European standards differ from standards of elections in Voronezh a little».
