Observers CIS-EMO knew that in Odessa on the eve of elections at once in three houses to the address Princely street, д. 12, 14 and 16 have disconnected an electricity. Without an electricity remains more than 120 persons. The representative of inhabitants of these houses has come on polling district and has declared that they will not vote until in their houses will not return an electricity.

Observers of the International organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO knew that to Nikolaev on the eve of voting unknown persons called home to voters and spoke, that in the bulletin they put opposite to Timoshenko a minus, and opposite to Yanukovych plus.

It becomes to break elections. Such bulletin will be nullified, as under the law on the bulletin there should be no marks. Besides, voices for Yanukovych, submitted thus, will not be included.

In the call-centre of the International organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO the information that to Nikolaev on polling district №43 election districts 129 (Nikolaev, Gaydar's street, 1) have occurred state of emergency has arrived. Loss of the press of polling district has been this morning found out.

Observers of the International organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO go round polling districts across all Ukraine for the purpose of counteraction to falsifications and infringements of the selective legislation.

According to observers, on many sites there is no heating, also is noticed that is far not on all sites there were police officers.

On a site №35 in Kiev for the obscure reasons 15 voters have been excluded from the register.

Observers inform that the commission of ³72 214 districts refuses to bring people in additional lists. On many sites of that district by observers it has been noticed that stands with the information on Timoshenko hang in more appreciable and favourable places, than stands with the information on Yanukovych.

Observers of the International organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO on an input in 302 polling district of a city of Kiev have found out group of young men which write down surnames entering on polling district.

Young men have answered a question on the purpose of their activity to observers that it has resolved the next site (30th) that the nobility, how many people have voted.

According to the international observers, it is infringement as thus it is possible to calculate those who voted, for the purpose of rendering of pressure upon voters.

Lutsk – capital of the Volynsk area, and thus one of the most beautiful and ancient cities in the Western Ukraine. Without any doubt the city could become the tourist centre. Much to my regret, today Lutsk is known more likely as сентр the Ukrainian nationalist movement which plays recently more and more a considerable role in a political life of this young country....

My stay in Lutsk has begun with visiting of a selective staff of Yulia Timoshenko which in local election district has received excellent result of 53 % - one of the best in all country. Gathering материялов on a theme of revival of the Ukrainian nationalism, and also tool use of slogans and postulates насионалистического character for selective propagation of candidates was my main task. According to observers from the international organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO on polling districts in the Kiev area mass confusion with lists of voters is observed. So in Belotserkovsky area of 23 rural Wicks could not begin in time work of that on the eve of day of voting lists of voters in which there were many nonexistent people have been replaced. In Irpen the international observers check the information that the nonexistent voters ostensibly living to nonexistent addresses are included in lists.

The Central Electoral Committee of Ukraine has registered 246 international observers from CIS-EMO

The central election committee of Ukraine has registered more than thousand international observers behind presidential election in Ukraine. Total number of representatives of the different countries and the international organisations which will watch a course of elections, has already reached 2688.

In total 256 observers from the foreign states and 2432 from the international public organisations are at present registered. In particular, at the Central Electoral Committee session, taken place on Saturday on January, 9th, 96 observers from Poland, on one representative from Kazakhstan and Canada, on two - from Russia and Lithuania, on three - from Norway and France have been registered.

From the International organisation on supervision over elections CIS-EMO 246 observers are registered.

Mr. Reszka haven't the status of international observers and the relevant authority, and wasn't authorized to make on behalf of the international observers of any statements. As far we know, Mr. Reszka made no statements and didn't sign any documents related to the mission of international observers.
